Building Financially Resilient Schools: TSLI's Executive Program Returns in April 2026

Most school leaders were trained to teach not to manage budgets, forecast annual expenditure, or steer an institution through financial complexity. TSLI's upcoming Executive Program exists to close that gap.

From 22–25 April 2026, the Tanzania School Leadership Institute convenes its intensive residential program: Strategic School Management, Financial Planning & Annual Budget Forecasting, held at the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership School in Kibaha.

What to Expect

Over four focused days, school owners, principals, bursars, and senior administrators will work through practical frameworks for strategic school management, financial planning, and data-driven budget forecasting. Every session is designed to be immediately applicable participants leave with tools they can implement the week they return.

The curriculum is built around one theme: Empowering Leaders to Build Sustainable, Data-Driven, and Financially Resilient Schools — a direct response to the financial pressures facing Tanzania's growing education sector.
